How last minute can singaporeans get? just 2 days before the change of EZlink is allowed people start changing their cards leaving a really long line at the MRT stations. Singaporeans were informed since the begining of this year that they will need to change to the newer EZ link. i'm absolutely sure with the number of train stations and the number of months given, 4 million people are able to change their EZlinks without much problems.
i was at bishan interchange with michelle yesterday and it was already like 10-20 people lining up to get their EZ-links changed. and today when i saw the queue, the queue started at the Coffee Bean at J8. which is about 20metres to the ticket office. TERRIBLE.
this was one really annoying pail during the Duck Games at camp. haha

ANTS!
i had an awesome day today!
i passed ZX my 40D then i went bishan to meet michelle and bought my crispy chicken! then we made our way to serangoon central where dino, gerald and dorcas eventually came. haha badminton was fun. but its really tiring! at least i feel tired. aiya, maybe my stamina just sucks la. oh wells. ohh and there were ants in my chicken while i was playing badminton. eeeeks, waste money laaaaa.
ohh and i had Yogurt too! which was totally awesome! OKAY today is a gooooood day. had great fun with some great friends :)

All Day
i was quite upset this morning that the camp reunion was postponed to next monday. but i guess what comforted me was that i'll be staying over at gerald's house tmr instead and i'll be playing badminton in the morning tomorrow! so my tuesday won't be that bad after all :)
oh have i mentioned? i've gotten a new phone. Nokia E71 is the love. haha. initially i was supposed to pay $178 for the phone, but to cut the long story short, i paid $298 in the end. but it was cool. i love my phone. haha.

United Camp 2009
i really don't know exactly who views my blog but oh well, the good thing about here is that i explain the pictures that i've taken, unlike facebook where i just post and people comment till they die.
so yes, PICTURES! taken with a 40D, tamron 17-50, sigma 30 f/1.4 and ZX's 70-200 f/2.8L IS (Thanks Mate) & 430EXII
FIRST DAY
#1 i didn't shoot much the first day, but i managed to snap this shot of Ian, from bartley church who was asked to lead worship on the first night of camp. he sang pretty well, and he sang the song 'Stronger'!
#2 this was our camp speaker, she's a really good speaker. she touched on the book of Hosea during the camp
SECOND DAY
#3 dauglas brought his father for the morning programme, it was his father's birthday that day.
#4 lydia and huimin during the activties
#5 we did a few action songs, carole did so too.
#6 we were doing some action songs.
#7 we celebrated dauglas' father's 81st birthday.
#8 right after we took a group photo and sang a birthday song. michelle looks... nice... haha
#9 so in the afternoon we had some outdoor games. since my role for the camps was quite slack, i decided to do some shooting, mounted the 70-200 most of the time and snapped a couple of shots. shot hannah group, as you can see. shot at 200mm, its madness and coolness.

THIRD DAY
#16 Judith came down to NP on the third day to share her testimony, what she has shared really had put me to shame. she's a really good and pretty speaker.
#17 after lunch that day we had outdoor games, i didn't play because i was running a slight fever the past few days, so i snapped a few shots. Tian En fell while running during the game. ouch :(
#18 hilda and bre sat down at the side to watch the game being played. haha hilda looks so cute

#20 so after our first outdoor game, we proceeded to the field for the 2nd game. it was called Dog & Bone AKA WWE. hahaha. basically, 4 or more people just fight for a soap bar. haha
#21 romei was couldn't move because another 3 girls were putting her down. haha

#23 we had worship that evening.
#24 this was taken just before the night walk. haha those who took part in it were blind folded.
#25 the leaders had to lead the blinded people into their groups. it was hilarious as a photographer but scary for the peeps.
#26 Tian Xing was one of the aimless souls that evening. haha

#28 this was the end point of the night walk. can see all the tired faces cos it was like.. 3am then. HAHA
DAY FOUR
#29 IT WAS LAST DAY OF CAMP, as such, after the revealling of the angel and mortals, it was camwhore time.
