sigh today was the most jinx-ed PE lesson my class ever had la. i didn't wanna play so i just sat and watched. yea my class played soccer at the futsal court, normally within the first 5 mins someone would score a goal... but it was so so weird. no one scored a goal at all. its like the most someone would kick the goal post then the ball fly some place else. they played all the way till the last 5 minutes till someone header the ball in. HAHA
and i skipped my NAPHA run today cos of my weirdo math teacher. BUT oh well, at least i had a nicer lunch:P and i was bloppyfied after lunch today...

i put down my bag at starbucks. then lunched alone. i tell you never ever eat the fried carrot cake in united sq's food court la. sucks! yea then went up and bought my caramel fraq then started my history SBQ. i finished it! YES YES!!! sadly my friend couldn't join me:( so i was all alone. and i saw leonard lee at starbucks too...

Kindergarten Sunday 08'
i was official photographer today cos the kindergarten sunday. there were many many unofficial photographers though AKA parents!
i was quite upset that all the parents were blocking my walking path to walk around to snap. i threw out my fustrations to aunty siew kheng then she siad," haha, of cos la. every one kid got 2 parent leh!" HAHA so true man...
i first went chinese service. i decided to shoot using manual mode cos the stage lights were just annoying. initially i had problems changing exposures cos i wasn't used to using maual mode but thankfully i got the hang of it. chinese service's performances was rather messy cos of the kids crying and waving at thier parents.
after which i headed back to the 3rd floor and shot again. there was when the crowd of parents crowded round the stage. i had to help set the ppt and left my camera on the floor! yes i made a terrible mistake. good thing sing ee picked it up for me.
then headed to first floor for another prog.
i'm sleepy now...

Money not enough
today headlines on the new paper says that 3 men are quiting thier jobs to search for Mas Selamat...
i haven't read that article yet but why are singaporeans going to that extend of looking for him? is it because of the money? the fame? too much time and money to do so? since feb this year he has been missing... what makes everyone so sure with the S$1m he'll be found. true enough that this will encourage people to be more alert into finding him, but what are the chances?
and its kinda strange. fuel prices are going down. recently there has been a drop in 3 cents. i guess some of you might think 3 cents is no biggie. but in fact theres a big difference if someone fills an empty petrol tank. he/she can save up to 15 dollars.
but though it may be strange... its a good thing.
and why are there so many ERP gantries in singapore? its annoying. because of these money suckers people need to leave the house early to work just to pass thru the gantry before it starts sucking money. last time people pay 50cents to pass through the gantry. now... $2 for the very same gantry.
like wise for malaysia... if travelling on the North-South highway from singapore to KL. its close to RM50 currently. last time it was less than RM40.

and i wanted to go hearts aflame youth conference... but so ex! not fair la some lucky souls get to go at $10 while everyone else pays $50. BOOO!!! hahaha.

yesterday.
last night, i attended a performance put up by MGS. i seriously got a shock when i saw my uncle teck seng & family including fuh siang and aunty sor lin... ha cos my cousin siya was performing in the string essemble playing the violin.
comparing between the strings essemble, guitar essemble and handbell chior. i must say i would prefer the handbell chior. not because my friends are playing in it... but i think its much more unique than the others. cos one of the other group's peices were really long and draggy. i mean they're nice to hear but after a while.. you just hope it ends soon.
ha so nearing the end i left the hall to chit chat outside with tiffany and priscilla... and joanne, nick wong's sister, started talking to me. sigh... she should respect her brothers more man.
and i also booked 2 400D batts from SJ. kinda good time to buy cos i've been thinking of whether i should buy...

if i ever buy a car in future i would want a parallel import cars. i feel that these cars are exactlt the same ones you see from local car dealers like Borneo Motors for toyota and lexus, Kah Motors for honda, cycle & carraige for mitsubishi and many more. just that for parallel imported cars. thier name of the cars are different.
for example. a toyota vios 1.5L is sold in borneo motors, singapore. but in the parallel import industry.. it is known as the toyota axio. another one is the lexus RX300 which is locally sold by borneo motors, singapore. likewise in the parallel import industry.. it is known at the toyota harrier. and the only difference between the toyota harrier and the lexus RX300 is that there is a front mirror attached to the toyota harrier... so next time on a road you see a lexus RX300 with a front mirror attached... chances are its a parallel import car... the owner just changed the front grill and logos to make it look like a lexus RX300. why do they do that? because a RX300 cost more than $130 000 where as a toyota harrier only costs $100 000.
thats why i wanna buy a parallel import car. now parallel importers care centres are so good they even give you a 3 year or 100, 000km warranty like what local dealers do.

BLOOD!
i had this craving for cereal and milk in the morning so i biked to the petrol station to get them. hehe but it makes me grow fat!
me, my sis and i went tekka market today for lunch before going to church. hoho before we reached there there happened to be quite a massive fight. this stall holder used a chopper and slashed a person a few times... so like there was this pool of blood on the ground, table and chairs. HAHA its kinda scary but rather cool. :P but by the time we reached there police, CID and reporters were there. the culprit was handcuffed and the 'victim' was sent to the hospital.
while my dad and sis went to buy thier food i asked one of the stallholders(yes i'm kaypoh la) what happened. she said that the stall holder has some anger problems and that guy who got slashed is a gangstar who always come to tekka market and create trouble. i guess it wasn't the stallholder's day today. ha meanwhile i was msging jas asking her for advice. HAHA(thanks)
ah well, went to church for training in the sound system. it kinda fun actually. learnt alot alot. i never knew one could do so much cool cool stuff on the sound mixer. i think this will do good if i get into the course of my choice next year(if i get in)
sigh i think i sprained my right wrist while playing badminton yesterday. and my tighs hurt too...

i would say my past week has been really fun! thursday was funner. haha... today's a fun filled day as well.
inter-house games day was pretty awesome. just that i didn't really like the idea of playing badminton in the sports hall. but thankfully my house B div badminton players played hard and we managed to win the 2nd place overall and we also won overall for every other sport in the 2008 inter-house games. kinda cool.
i played 3 games today. played doubles cos of i played singles i would my aswell just kill myself or something. i won the first 2 games with quite a significant difference from the opponents scores... sadly i lost the last game. i was really affected by that cos i knew i could have won those 2 opponents. ah well...
after the 3 games i felt really tired... my tighs were dying on me and it really hurt.. cos yesterday's PE we ran round barker road, then last night i had 2 hours of badminton then today played also. need to rest.
haha so after the games day i bus-ed down to bishan and bought a 2 piece chicken meal with cheese fries! sigh all the oil an fats. HAHA who cares man!

yay yay yay!!! tmr is inter-house games day! NO LESSONS! and school ends an hour earlier! i really hope i do well in my badminton games.
lessons were fine today. D&T was bad! double math period was ubber good! our teacher didn't come today! and i was so sleepy i just took a short nap.
after school zoomed to paragon for dental. my orthodontist fitted in the ring today. so uncomfortable la!
then lunched alone at united sq then met tiffany to study at starbucks. i'm proud of myself.. i finished my history SEQs and did some SS notes! sigh i need more caramel in my digestive system!

my chem teacher is really getting on my class' nerves. whats his problem? he thinks he's like some DM of the school la. CRAZY!
school was actually not too bad today. till he made us stay back after the school... just ruined my whole day.
and this morning a sec3 scout showed something he printed off the net from a blog of an ACS(I) sec2 scout. i shan't mention his name cos i know who he is.
he blogged about his 'wonderful' experience at the gangshow last saturday on how ACS(I) wasn't well treated and said this was the worst gangshow he has ever gone... i was thinking...
what right does he have in judging us when this is his first year coming for the gangshow? and giving such negative comments? the one and only reason why ACSI wasn't able to present thier cheer and recieve thier gift was because we were running out of time... i can testify to that. i was standing/photographing the whole 4 hours i would know. if ACSI scouts think they're so important they need to know that they are not as important as they think they are... because almost 1/6 out of 5oo+ guest that night were from Malaysia. definetly they were a much more important than anyone else...
seriously too much la... if i had offended anyone(like siach) i'm sorry.

sigh today was Definetly the very first time in all my 4 and a half years in Barker i didn't go recess even though i was allowed to. all my D&T friends and i all stress cos the dateline is pretty soon so we stayed back to continue our product... after school we chiong back to the D&T workshop to continue.
i was a little dissapointed cos i wanted to leave D&T early and shoot for the scouts. that was what i brought my camera and tripod to school for! cos Mr Fong didn't allow me to leave. Furthermore... he was teacher I/C for scouts. sigh... so by the time i left D&T and reach the concert... prac was over.
ah well, at least gerald was with me... we headed down to Island Creamery at serene centre for free ice cream! haha

went there and met my sis and her friend. ate the nice nice burnt caramel and teh tarik icecream from my sis! these are so far my favs!

i really really want to thank GoD man. i often don't thank Him enough but i really want to thank Him!
the past few days i've been desperate for a semi-telephoto lens but i couldn't seem to borrow one. SJ lent his 85mm to glori, my classmate fred's dad doesn't allow and its kinda expensive to rent a 85mm or 70-200mm since i'm not allowed to claim any thing from school.
today in church i suddenly thought," why don't i just borrow Ai's 18-125mm???" i was really desperate for it and so happen Angie borrowed it and was going to return to her today! so i've got it!!! and SJ passed me his 580EX as well!
after 9.45 service, a group of us went parkmall for lunch. i wouldn't say the food was good but its affordable.
after that from PS we took a train to Rivervalley Pri School to see gerald perform! it was rather cool. i had a rather nice convo with gloria during the long walk.
Gerald's performance was GOOD! seriously... i went there didn't expecting much but i was very impressed with thier high spirits.
walk back to MRT with monica alone then had a drink at PS carl's jr with her then got home.
sigh tmr i need to go school!

reached at 6pm, dinner-ed then worship started at 8pm. it was a good thing sarah came(thank GoD) and jared as well if not i'll be rather bored.
after a short talk by jeremy on Worship. we started jamming till like 11 plus then we went off in 3 cars to opp marina sq for supper! it was kinda cool but the mini hawker centre's food was so so expensive! its like $4 for black fried carrot cake and $2 for chendol. so sarah and i shared the carrot cake cos we didn't have enough money and also she could not finish.
after supper shang wei drove some of us back. haha walau he drives his dad's 16 year old merc E-class like a 1 year old porche. Serious! but its kinda cool that a car that old can perform at its best.
went back church. i took a shower... ate tau huay then zzzzzzzz.
this morning got up early cos it was rather cold. left church early with sarah to go meet gerald for breakfast.
Ha before devotions started sarah and i were talking cock outside... seriously. HAHA then started talking about people, then ourselves. hahaa quite a nice and comfy conversation.
sigh then after the short sermon sarah lost her phone so searched the whole church for bout an hour then she decided to call her dad.
around 5pm everything ended then went home.

i was rather amused by what the HOD of pupil welfare did today. cos my classmate had a Silat* Competition and hurt his leg kinda badly. so the HOD issued him a lift pass where he can take the lift to his different classes. and on the paper under reason why he needs to take the lift.. it was...

i really love my new bike! as for the 2 old ones... kev will be coming my house to fix them on monday! yay!
i think i better go for tomorrow's gangshow prac. i'll bring along my tripod, camera, tammy and 50mm. must play safe. the next prac bring flash and 85mm.
but i'll leave early. hehe stay too long get very bored.

haha i'll never expect my school's 4A band people to be so scandalous man! and seeing that guy... HAHA. hard to imagine...
now i'm not like Garfield anymore. now i hate tuesdays. cos first 2 periods is SS which totally sucks. next is double period chem prac which is so warm in the chem lab.. next it physics and my teacher always release us late. sigh... but after recess is better... cos double free period then double goeg. sigh... if i were preseident i would get rid of tuesdays!
