BASKET ball!
it rained last evening, i wonder how scgs guides held thier campfire. =)
today was the acsbr carnival, i was doing road marshalling and i met with one POS. seriously one. but i shall talk about that another time. my shift ended by 11 then i met up some friends and then play and play and eat and eat. i met a couple of people from church there and saw james too.
yeah nothing much to talk bout' it.
in the evening, i went to singapore conference hall for a concert done by the handbell chiors of MGS, SCGS and Cedar Sec. gerald, elroi and i were late and only reached that at like8.15. haha. but well, i enjoyed myself there. and i realised some of my scouts were there too. =)
yeah so overall today's quite fun but all of us kenna sun burn. my neck is hurting now.

school was fun today... in the morning faizal gave us some breifings about the game and food stores then the various people had to do thier jobs. where as for royston and i cos we're doing road marshalling on carnival day. so faizal told me to go down to colds storage to buy stuff for the store... he told me chill in the PE department office first then buy and come back and chill again cos theres nothing for me to do.
i bought the stuff then went back and mdm lee got me to cut the carnival's security tags for her then i helped her with some DC stuff. school was supposed to end by 11 i finished everything at 12.30... then went out of school for a while then went back to settle some stuff and gerald came back home with me cos he has to do some stuff.
like what monica lee says, tomorrow is gonna be a blast! right after the carnival i need to rush down to singapore conference hall for the handbell's concert.

today was another slack slack day.classes were also super slack. and after recess was carnival discussion followed by the briefing for the road marshalling UYOs. its kinda cool. cos i manage to get from shift 1 from 2. haha! gavin is angry with me cos i took the place he wanted... BUT TOO BAD SUCKER!!!
yeah todays pretty good day. tomorrow would be full day carnival prep and saturday i'll have to report to the carpark at 7am and my shift is from 7.00am to 10.00am!!! and after that i'm free!!!! YIPEE!!!
haiz because of that jenson loi, we all can't go scgs campfire. damn him la. quite a number of us were expressing our anger towards him la. toot. i mean like school so near by can even walk there la... then just because of carnival which is a day later cannot go.. whats that logic man?

actually i had quite alot to say today but the internet kenna cut off and i've to repost again... haiz.
yeah school was super slack today for the first 5 periods. then the last 2 periods were carnival discussion and hushsha, royston and i are confirmed down for the road marshalling on the carnival day but my shift is from 10.30 - 2.30. thats like the time with the most people coming and more importantly, most of my friends are coming that time and i'll be at barker road directing those little stupid drivers who don't know that they aren't supposed to be parking in the school.. bunch of toots!
well, the good thing is that i won't have to take part on taking care of the games store. haha!

school was kinda fun today. first 2 periods were carnival discussion but we didn't do a ingle thing cos it was all already settled. then we had PE after that and we were supposed to play various games of our choice la. but that stupid PE HOD went to say we must do physical conditioning. walau we were all like going to kill that stupid guy la. NAPHA ended like 3 months ago and now we have to get back to PT? damn POS la. but Mr Lai later came and opened the PE room for us and we played our various games without that idiot knowing. haha
then after recess we had geog and we jack JC like crazy la, andreas jacked him until he couldn't even say anything. haha!!! what a loser la.
yeah, as i was getting on to my house home, davin went up the bus with me and told me that all upper sec UYO members need to be road marshals on the carnival day. WHAT!! this is crazy la, i want my time with my friends and not standing at a stupid spot directing people around.. waste of my energy and time la! aiyoyo...
anyway, as some might know last saturday i had a TOC class BBQ... yeah and as we were waiting for the bus at the bus stop, i stepped on this...

PISSED up!
first day of school! i HATE IT!!! wsell, at least could catch up on life with some classmates but its like everything in school has changed la. the timetable is the most screwed up POS, dunno what stupid bells they have man. throw them away la!
during chapel today Mrs C. Wong sang In Whom I Can Trust, written by pastor steven in 2002. i was cracking my head on who she got the song from. after chapel i asked her and she said that one worship leader would always sing that song when he/she leads worship in her church. so i shared with her on who wrote the song and said i'll pass her a copy tmr. oh well, she's also my neighbour. haha. kinda cool eh?
yeah carnival is coming up, my class would be doing a games store(soccer) and food store(prata)... pratas would be sold for 1 prata $1 and we pay The Prata Store 60c only. cool sia!
so sad i'm having some problems with uploading the church camp pics into 700MB disk. RAHH!!!

younger times.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASMYN LIM!!! =) don't eat too much chocolate! HAHA!
yeah anyway, went to church today, then had lunch with monica, jess, del and jamie at gurkha palace... and i was supposed to have 1 whole basket of those Indian crackers but monica got hungry and took them away. The food was good... but my throat was still irritating me i had to drink alot of water.
then monica bought something for me from aus, it was a camera. haha. those little toy ones where when you look inside you kinda get a little surprise... then i started passing round the camera and everyone was so amazed by the pics in it. but yeah the pics look pretty good. except the one with the 2 kangaroos hugging each other. haha!
yeah then i went home and completed some tuition homework, went to my grandparents house for dinner... it was damn funny la, cos we were eatng fruits round the dining table then my grandma came, sat next to me and together with my uncles and aunties and sibs, my grandma started telling us how her children(my mother plus 2 bros and sister) were last time. haha! there was once when my uncle chong gee was only 8 years old and my aunty ai lin who was, i think, 12 were alone at home during the june hols cos my mum, then, and my other uncle had to go mend the wanton mee stall with my grandma and my aunty ai lin would always buy 1 big packet of lime for just 10c and then uncle chong gee and her would drink all morning and afternoon until my grandma came home. then when the hols end, my grandma was wondering why my uncle was losing weight where he should be gaining, then found out it was the lime juice cos its acidic. walau damn funny can!
then there was another time when both of them were at home again and they were damn bored, and so happn they had new kites, oh btw they stay in HDB then, so they went to the kitchen window and flew thier kites. haha!!! i can imagine them doing that la. haha!!
anyway sorry today no pic cos i'm using my sis' labtop.

OGRE!
yesterday i went to school in the morning for ventures/gangshow meeting.. very few ventures turned up but it was fun planning for the skit. but most of the time we were slacking and we were wondering where that alex ng was and then XW or dom suddenly mentioned that there was this girl guides carnival and that alex would definetly go cos his "GF" would be there or something like that la. haha, alex is damn fun to suan...
well, anyway, last night at 10.30 i finally got a chance to watch fantastic 4 on Star Movies... the movies quite funny espeacially The Human Torch. but i would still prefer movies which are more realistic.
yeah i woke up super early today cos i had to go somerset to see my skin doctor and the consultation fee and the medication all added up to a huge sum again. haiz. yeah as i was walking out of somerset MRT, i suddenly saw at least 60-80 guides at the station itself and at the back of my head i knew that today was the guides carnival but had no idea where it was and couldn't really be borthered, only people like alex ng will be borthered... haha! yeah so after the doc i saw this huge canopy next to cine so i just walked over and take a look and there were like hundreds of guides there getting ready for the carnival which starts at 10am. i wanted to walk thru and see what the carnival was like but thought it wouldn't be a good idea so i just walked back to the MRT and make my way home. yeah, on the way back to the MRT station there were these 2 guides seriously making fools out of themselves... what a disgrace la.
then i got on the train thinking whether i should go TPY to bishan to take bus home. when the train stopped at TPY i was too lazy to get my butt off the chair so i dropped off at bishan. when i got to the bus stop, i saw someone's back really firmiliar but wasn't sure who the person was, when that person turned around it was Dawn, yeah so i walked towards her and had a short chat with her till my bus came then made my way home.
i'll be going ewen's house later then to uncle Mark Fun's house for the class BBQ... i dunno whether to swim or not, i'll just bring.. just IN CASE something happens. haha!

travelling back.
i've been home the whole day and its getting sian. but i'll be going to bishan before i play badminton to cut my hair and buy a birthday card. oh man i haven't play badminton so so long... like 3 weeks already cos the first week i was sick then the 2 nd week was cos i was in penang and last week cos i was in selangor(KL)... RAHH.
oh well. i must say before my dad drove up for the church camp a day before the camp started i was asking him whether he needed to service the car first cos like before that he drove up beyong melaka at least 3 times. i just had a bad feeling something would happen along the high way cos my dad's present car has driven for 110 000km in less than 3 years. now i ask you, have you came across any car besides a taxi that has driven that long distance. i don't think so. yeah well thank God nothing bad happened.
yeah this shot was taken at ayer keroh, the place where my family always stop along the north south highway either going beyond melaka or coming back to singapore cos it has A&W!!! we would always order the curly fries and the root beer float. =) i think those who travel to malaysia beyond melaka often, along the NS highway you would see this black bridge going across the 4 (now 6) lanes.. yeah thats the R&R that has the coolest stuff. and the toilets are huge. well, anyway back to my point. this is seriously one Power car man. hehe. its goes into malaysia the past 2 years almost everyday and been driven to KL at least 7-9 time. solid sia!
my dad will always to this action when he is tired. haha! the scariest time was last december when he drove up to KL after church on the last sunday of the year. 31st december 2006. the car was swaying from left to right. haha! may sound funny now but was sure scary then. i just hope my dad changes his car soon. but he only plans to change it next year...

firstly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY EWEN!!!! hoped you're enjoying your birthday!
i had tuition in the morning today at aunty see lin's house and we spent most of the time talking about the june holidays. haha! i think all in all i only did 6 questions and the rest was talking and talking. haha. so fun. and she's coming over later to get the shrek movie from me.
i'm currently watching the shrek movie now. OMG its damn funny. haha!!! who wants to borrow? hehe. and i think i'll be starting to give out movie tickets cos i've alot of them and dunno what to watch... maybe oceans 13th.
and i've been eating alot these few days ever since i went to penang and when i got back from malaysia just 2 days ago... i lost weight. WoW. maybe i should start eating more.

KL
okay, i shall post on the 2 day trip up to KL city with my family with some pics to go with it. 16th june: left shah alam in the early afternoon after lunch then my dad drove up to KL city, Berjaya Times square. one of KL's indoor theme parks + hotel + shopping centre. we checked in and we were supposed to take a short nap but the nap extended to almost 2 hours. haha! cos we were all damn tired.
this was my "bed", actually its kinda of a sofa cos the suite didn't have enough beds and to get a bed for 1 day its RM 70. i was like," WTH?!" so i just made do with the sofa but its rather comfy. then at that time was about 7pm, we went down 22 floors and had dinner and kenny rogers. the food was ok-ok. then we went up, played cards then my sis and i watched coach carter again then off we went to sleep
17th june: woke up, ate breakfast in the room then we went to this super big shopping centre called 1 Utama and spent the whole morning and afternoon there shopping. i think between my sisters and i i spent the most money. hehe. cos i bought a reebok windbreaker and a reebok T-shirt... all in all bout RM 200+. =) thats not all. haha... yeah then we went back to the hotel room to get socks cos we were going bowling! and i can't believe my dad beat me in both games. RAHH!!!! so my first game i had 96 pin falls and the second game 148 pin falls. not bad la. haha! after that we walked out of the hotel and ate dinner and i think the people in the restaurant cheated us la. just 5 dishes RM100. thats damn retarded la. yeah so after that we went back to the shopping centre and shopped and i bought another shirt. haha! i think all in all my dad paid S$125 on 1 tshirt, 1 jacket and 1 shirt. hehe. yeah then went back to the room and watched coach carter again then went to bed.
18th june: woke up, ate breakfast then went swimming with my sis. we were kinda swimming on the 15th floor. haha! cool right and the swimming pool was quite clean. the pic up there is the swimming pool from my sis' room at the 22nd floor. anyway, we only swam for a while cos we had to check out by 11.15am. left the hotel and almost got lost trying to get to the NS highway. but we managed to get there and by 1 we were at ayer keroh! ate at A&W for like an hour then it was back to singapore all the way. BUT along the way, there was this damn mad coach travelling at like 130km/h my dad was already speeding cos he wanted to get home fast the the coach was tailgating my dad for almost 30 mins.
i was sitting in the front seat at the point in time so i could make us of the side mirror to take the shot. that was the retarded coach behind my dads car...
and then he overtakes but finally after almost 45mins my dad drove even faster and the coach wasn't in sight BUT once we got out of the highway going towards woodlands checkpoint. we saw the same damn coach. haha! one mad driver la.
anyway, i have many many more pics to post but i won't do it in 1 shot. i'll post some of them another time. =)

it is finished. finally.
finally back from KL. hmm, i shall start from the first day i went there...
i left house bout 10 to go church cos my dad had to print stuff into A3 size then we headed for Grand Blue Wave Hotel, Shah Alam. we took bout 5 hours to get there and we sure got good service, mainly cos the hotel has a very good business for the next 4 days. the hotel gave the advance party(my family) a 1 room suite + a single room and a buffet dinner. WOW. what can be better than that man?
yeah thats my dad talking to Angel(the marketing manager) about the rooming and stuff on the first day. 
2nd day: Church camp starts! but in the morning we were all rushing to buy stuff for the camp and my dad was making sure the rooming was done. then the campers arrived but the youth's weren't ready so they had to wait. then orientation started and uncle peter did the ice breakers. and he is damn pro la. able to speak so many languages. anyway, then it was dinner then the theme talk which was done my uncle YK. the night gerald and i slept like damn early but first we watched a little bit of coach carter which jamie lent me. =) and after that we talk like for 2 hours about really random sguff then fell asleep.
3rd day: Free and Easy! but there was the theme talk first then we broke up into small groups for discussion. and i was happy that the place we had discussion was well lighted so i was able to snap some shots. we had lunch then it was FREE & EASY. i led a small group of them there cos i've been there 2 times already to buy stuff for the camp itself. so we went there and went to bowl. in my lane was mainly, gerald, jamie, jason, jerald and i. i didn't play well there. and i was damn angry with myself la. when i help gerald, jamie and jason play, i spare for them or hit down 9 pins. when when it comes to my turn, i always can't strike. RAHH!!! cannot play with them next time. especially a certain someone. that person know who i'm refering to. haha!
then we went back and gerald, seth, vernon, del, gloria and i went swimming and the water was DAMN COLD!!!!
dinner was with my parents... the food was ok-ok. that night i went over to jason and jamie's room to watch coach carter i borrowed my dad's labtop and watched the whole show then played cards till bout 11 then i went back to sleep and some people just had to call and look for some Person who i don't really care about and not just 1 time but 4 times.

day 4: we had the theme talk again then in the afternoon was group bonding then games. the games were quite fun cos we had this 'treasure hunt' game which we had to take the exact same pic which is on the paper and it was super easy for me cos i've been to almost every part of the hotel the first day. HEHE! so my group got third place. not bad la. haha. then that night was SHOW TIME!
SHOW TIME was good. the children performed and so did the other 9 groups. and i felt quite bad receiving a price and i didn't even act in the 5 min skit. hehe.but i had a great time taking pics and good thing i charged the batts cos one died on me during the show time. yeah that night i went over to jason and jamie's room again and played cards... cedric and jerald were there then jason wanted to sleep so i asked them whether they wanted to come up to room cos gerald was dunno where but just then. that little jason woke up so all of them went up to my room. and that was when i reaslied my room was super cold. haha! and jamie finally told me what 'you know what' was. HAHA!!! and i heard gerald knows too. hehe
Day 5: it was just a discussion on the whole camp and quite a number of people went forward to share.then it was holy communion and we checked out.
anyway, i shall blog bout my KL trip to berjaya time's square another time cos its rather late and i'm rather tired. so bye. =)

Fall In!!!
on the 2nd night in penang the 4 leaders; XW, des, dom and i were punished for what the little idiot scouts did that day. they did nothing. can't even do a simple cheer. so mr lau made the 4 of us fall in at a certain time not stating what time it would be in front of his room with full U. i was like. WTH??!!! so that night i stayed over in dom's room and aaron joined us. we did a hell lot of crazy stuff but first we ironed our uniform... YES i mean we ironed them. haha. got it from room service.
i was damn tired so i dozed off and next thing i knew, jared called told us to fall in in 5 mins. that was like at 1.30AM. then we falled in, lau talked alot of bullcrap and finally let us off.
that was a damn annoying night but fun at the same time... like making that vid. haha!!!

RAHH!!! i feel like kicking jared la. group me with hong wen. walau! and my room mate is yu cong. WTHeck man, why must mr lau make the seniors stay with juniors. ARGH!!!! so sian la.
oh well, i'm all packed now except some random stuff. i borrowed my aunty's digi cam, the one i used in china. and i also borrowed her SLR for the church camp! WEE! well, there were some cock ups in the church camp location but now everything is solved. COOL man!
well, anyway i'll most prob be leaving singapore bout 8 am. then i'll be touching down singapore at 7.30pm on sunday. =)

3 states- 2 weeks
i watched shrek 3 yesterday with my sis... quite funny. the gingerbread man is damn cute. haha!
anyway, i've started packing my stuff for my penang trip tomorrow evening. quite excited actually... but i'm kinda dragging the journey there cos we will be taking a coach all the way from singapore to penang... but oh well, we'll be taking 2 18 seater coaches which is supposed to be fitted for a normal 45 seater bus. kinda cool right? meaning there would be quite alot of leg room in there. just what i need. =)
yeah so i'll be there form the 6th to the 10th coming back by plane. haha SQ!
but when i come back, in less than 40 hours i'll be leaving for malaysia again. i'll be going up meleka 1 day earlier cos my dad is part of the advance party. so i'll be in meleka from the 12th to the 16th. after the whole church camp my dad would be driving us up to KL from the 16th to the 18th and we'll be staying in Berjaya Times Square again!!!
so i'll kinda be in malaysia for almost 12 days. haha. 3 states in 2 weeks...
so i guess from thursday onwards till the 9th i won't be blogging. but who knows, someone might blog here. =)

today quite a fun day... in the morning i almost watched the whole of sister act 2. super nice movie. after that my dad picked my sis and i for lunch at pei kio before we 3 headed off to church for our different activities.
i helped youth do sound for tmr's worship and shang jun was kinda thankful that i could go but thats not the point. haha.

this morning i went to school at bout 7am to hand in the letter of excuse to mr fong for the camp... OMG jared is so funny! he brought a foldable bed for oliver and another 2 foldable chairs for oliver and himself. haha!!! damn funny la he! still call himself a leader? HAHA!
well, they left at bout 8.30, then i made my way to serangoon central and visit doctor koh again cos my cough is still killing me... when i went to counter to give my name and IC, i saw on the little digital screen she was serving number 11, when the clerk gave me the paper for my number... i was like, "WHAT??? 35???!!!" so i walked to MACs and ate a meal there and chilled there for bout an hours...
when i walked back to doctor koh she was serving only 18. RAHH!!! so annoying la so i just sat in the clinic there and wait for another 1 hr 45 mins... super sian la. good thing i got my MP3 and garfield comic book. haha! so now doc koh gave me this medicine for asthma patients, cough tablets and some other wierd tablets... good thing i'll finish them before i leave for penang. i hope i'll be alright by then.
