today.. 2 out of 3 of my classmates who were held up by the police last thursday due to the thefts made a public apology to the whole school... it was quite brave of them to do so.
and from what i know, another 2 of my classmates were brought to the police station to make thier report. hmmm
do you know that handcuffs are also known as silver rolexs. hahaha
on a random note... fujiflim clubsnappers are so much more helpful than canon clubsnapper. haha oh well... maybe they just go the extra mile

quiets
today's sermon was quite cool but had alot of problems with the projection of the ppt.
today intermediate department had captains ball so a couple of non church people came. priscilla came. cam whored a little... hahaha.
youth started... i was exceptionally quiet today. hehe dunno why... partly because i was a little tired and my right hand is aching a little...
after youth i straight away made my way to PS to meet priscilla, seth, britt, mark, jeremy leonard... i wanted to eat but decided not to. eating is like a chore now... makes me wanna cry. haha

in the afternoon till night was in school for investiture... after shooting for 5 hours non stop holding on to a camera body, battery grip,tamron and a flash...my arms are aching. haha i suck.

nice diet
today is and will most prob be the most uncomfortable day with my braces... like seriously. i couldn't even eat breakfast. so before school started i drank up 1 whole packet of soy bean milk and 1 packet of fresh milk hoping that it'll gimmi some form of energy.
then recess i drank another 2 packets of fresh milk... though the liquids worked to a certain extend, i still felt super hungry... and had to go to the toilet more times today...
after school rushed down to paragon in a cab cos my appointment was at 2.15pm and i ended school at 2pm... my dentist decided to remove the bracket. haha better for me.
hopefully the pain and discomfort gets better tomorrow... boy tomorrow's gonna be a weird day for some people...

today is quite a fun day...
in the morning my class started school from TPY hub, we had this SS thingy we had to go around TPY to get the answers... but thankfully kev's class did it already... so he adviced me to bring the street directory and out of 7 places we had to go. we only went 1 thanks to the street directory. :)
after school i had like 3-4 hours to spare so i went kap for lunch... during lunch i recieved.. no actually the past 2 days i was surprised by someone msging me... like seriously cos i would never imagine him/her telling me stuff. oh well...
then i took a bus down to paragon for my dental appointment but before that i dropped by the crumpler store... i still want the seven million dollar home! then went up... got my braces onto my teeth.
As Of Now... IT HURTS. :'O

i hate tuesdays!
thankfully my physics teacher wasn't in school today so we kinda have a rather slack double period physic prac but we still did work.
tomorrow my school starts at 7.20 at TPY central. gonna have a SS outing. haha... then we need to be back in school in time for the 3rd period which is... PE.
then after school gonna have lunch then to paragon... will be putting on the braces tomorrow. heard its gonne be real pain for the first few days. =(

ARGH
RAHH! damn fustrating! the comp has some problems again... the mouse can't work! and its really hard to load pictures!
oh well, SJ passed me the speedlite 380EX with a super huge and super small bounce card. looks really cute... haha and he also lent me 2 batteries. now i need to charge the 4 batteries i'm using and buy like 12AA energizer batts for the flash. need to buy them really soon. cos i'm shooting for fun o rama that day as well so i would think i'll eat up alot of battery power.
who's going for fun o rama? i've got $60 of coupons which i paid a total of only $25 for $60. its good value man.
today was fun in church, i'm never gonna act infront of people again... so nervous la. the mime was really good... performed by cher, gerald, nic and elroi. nicely done. and i went back home right after church to avoid some people BUT mainly it was to sleep cos i wasn't feeling well. slept all the way till 3.30 then went to church with my sisters and dad to see the chior sing.

i reformated the whole computer yesterday... i didn't really have a choice cos if i didn't the whole comp would crash or something. as such... all my pics are gone. :'O but good thing Someone created Flickr! and its kinda sad and bad cos uncle moses told me to shoot some pics for the JDS and all the pics had been erased and i've no idea on getting tham back. die die die.
i went for my very first venture meeting today this year. kinda fun actually. haha because i wasn't doing anything. but next saturday i'll be one busy dog shooting for the investiture. this year they got professionals to shoot but they also want me to shoot as well. kinda cool actually:)
after venture meeting i went down to church for the skit prac which we will be performing tomorrow. rahh i'm kinda nervous... funny, i can be a parade commander in front of the whole school and i can't even act in a simple skit...
and i love watching mythbusters on discovery channel. its damn good. it shows from 5pm to 6pm on weekdays... go watch! you'll learn and find out alot of cool and wierd stuff. like..."can a spinning 700MB CD kill someone?" haha the answer is YES.

i was reading siyue's blog on the chior competition in italy, apparently AJC won something with NJC. if this is correct, then jess' school would have won an award! thats good...
yeah this competition in italy is a really big thing... many school from singapore and i would think all over the world participated in this. imagine a few 100 000 people competing? WOW

PE today was damn tiring... its been a long time since i've ran for so long...
and i was supposed to go for scout's investiture prac today but decided not to... cos most of the sec4s are home in prep for thier O level MT paper tmr. good thing i don't take CLB anymore. but i stayed in school will bout 3.10 talking to XW, matt tang, gavin and marcus... its been a while since i talked to them.. always ponning meetings. :)
and the rain today was seriously irritating... so heavy!
tomorrow NO lessons! cos of the o level MT paper! but those not sitting for the paper will need to do 2 mock papers. shit la then after that still need to go ngee ann poly to waste one whole afternoon. oh well, at least its a public holiday on friday... GOOD friday!

my teeth
thankfully, i only extracted 5 teeth altogether... initially i was supposed to extract 7. well, basically what you see up there is the teeth that has been extracted from my mouth. cool right?

the first 2 teeth from the left were the teeth that has been extracted because of my braces. the next 2 are my wisdom tooth. the one right in the centre is the fully grown wisdom tooth. the one next to it is only grown a little only. can tell the difference yeah? then the one in 3 pieces is my molar... the surgeon had to drill into 4 pieces actually( dunno where did the other one go to)

WHAT? school gave out our school diary today! crazy la. secondary school still want to give.
managed to get a chance to talk to some friends today during recess. haha our holidays have been interesting... talked to kevin for like pretty long. haha about his 110km cycle around singapore. then to seth for like 60 seconds. haha

why do you always treat me differently from the rest?
i know i owe people alot of pics and all but i need you to understand that my comp is seriously damn slow now and sending pics in a email or msn takes alot of time so i need to find a time where i can just in one shot send all... but you see i don't have that moment where i can do so. so pls be patient. i know its quite ass of me not to send especially for XW but i'm really sorry la hope you understand.
anyway, in the evening today i went down to T3(like finally) to pick my sis up... if i had to chance to i would have gone down before it was officially open to shot some stuff.
yeah well, i would say the design if T3 is really good. alot of glass though and the marble flooring really reflects like crazy... too shiny. the viewing gallery is a real faliure, you can't even see the planes clearly! OOO but i saw the A380 today. 2 in fact. actually the A380 isn't very long. its just tall and fat. when its side by side with a boeing 737, the 737 looks like an ant.
after we met up with my sis we ate at the foodcourt... gosh it was damn expensive! my nasi briyani cost like $6.
oh well, back to school tmr... need to pass mr alan lim the REW pics. good thing i remembered...

come to think of it the extraction wasn't pain at all... like seriously, the only pain i felt was when the surgeon injected me...
first, she put a layer of wierd jelly on my gums. this was supposed to numb them but it so doesn't. then it begins, the really painful injections. cos i had a wait for about 5-10 mins so let he numbness come the surgeon started talking to me... that period of time was the most freaky part. haha
then comes the extraction.. gosh she's damn rough for a lady la. for the first tooth she took like 20 seconds to pull it out... but for the 2nd tooth, wow less than 5 seconds she said," okay boy, done!" haha then it just bled and bled and bled... but not as bad as my wisdom tooth operation. yeah i justed realised yesterday that the removal of the wisdom tooth was actually a surgery.
can you imagine... to extract a normal tooth its just $80. to extract a wisdom tooth its $800! oh well, will be putting on my braces the following wednesday.

what am i doin'?
i'm getting scared now... because i know for the fact what i'll be going thru during the extraction and what will happen after that. but thank God it won't be as bad as the last time. BUT STILL!
at least i can get out of house today. going paragon in the afternoon for my dental appointment and badminton tonight.
tomorrow... ARGH going to be a stay-at-home day. but saturday is gonna be a fun day. JDS at church. the team which went to malacca last year conducted 5 sessions of this Junior Detective School prog with the kids. this coming saturday, we'll be conducting the game for the church tuition kids. but my level people will just be going to do the arrow thingy and help around. i don't think we should be running around with the kids to search for the murderer... we should give this to the level 4s.
oh man, i haven't been catching up with the new car models... been clubsnapping too often. i think Mitsubishi Motors just launched a new MPV. heard its rather huge...
actually sometimes these designers play cheat. its actually very simple to 'increase leg room' for a car. its not just by designing the car longer. yes it's a factor in it but mostly... its by increasing the Height of the car.
don't believe me one day on the road see a Nissan Sunny(1600cc) & Nissan Latio (1500cc).
if a blind person who hasn't seen both above mentioned cars but know the engine capacity he'll expect the nissan sunny to be slightly bigger than the latio. but in actually fact, taking in consideration of length and height of the car, the latio is bigger, wider BUT shorter due to car regulations. don't believe me go see for yourselves.

i spent so much moneny today... then kenna con by the stupid waiter at swensen's when he said we could only order bake rice and pizza only... but when we went in there were people ordering fish and chips. RAHH!
anyway, went dinner with joshua, gerald, tintin and nic today. spent alot of money. like $15 for the swensen's meal. then we were still hungry so gerald and i bought this cheese sausage and tin tin bought some fried fish snack thingy. we continue walking down then joshua and i bought ice cream and nic bought some bread which cost like $11. haha!
part of the reason why i ate slot today cos i've a strong feeling i won't be able to eat properly tomorrow dur to the extraction of the teeth.
oh well, gotta spend less money!

if i had not extract my 2 wisdom teeth and molar, i would have done so yesterday.
i can still remember when the dental surgeon taking out the 3 teeth. it was really scary... can you imagine the dentist pulling out a tooth about 1.5cm deep into your gums and drilling the tooth into 4 pieces in your mouth? amazing right?
i'll be extracting another 2-4 teeth on thrusday but THANKFULLY they're not wisdom teeth so its not gonna swell my whole mouth. i'll be putting on braces next week... i think...

yeah mindcafe was kinda fun... although i must say the first game was really boring. the rest was damn fun. the food... well. was alright. and it was realy expensive. can you imagine the cafe earns $115 in 2 hours for 10 people. wow thats insane man.
this is my 2nd attempt to do a night shot. the first i tried was in melacca. MGSians shouldn't have a problem knowing where this shot is taken.
kinda wierd. i brought my camera to take the competition... in the end i spend more effort taking the night shots.

just got home from MGS... i guess the competition was pretty good. it was worth the $15 i must say.
my personal views...
MGS' band sadly didn't perform to expectation even though they did put in the effort. could tell they were rather nervous especially the lead singer, as she couldn't project her voice into the mic. quite sad actually.
the other 4 bands did very well too. each having thier goods and thier not so goods... as from the judges. not me. i think they were fine...
and come to the last band formally from ACS(I). sang really really really well. the lead singer's voice was really sexy... and i voted for them and WOW. they won the competition!
took some shots... some because of the very poor lighting conditions i couldn't take. but i can't blame the hall. it needs to be dark what.
will post some if they're nice looking.
oh talking about cameras... i bought a camera bag today. $68.00 WEE!!!!!
and debbie's dad bought her a nikon D60 from the IT show. upon reading a clubsnap forum its not worth it to buy canon cameras because the offer isn't good at all. at shops like John 3:16 you can get the exact same camera for the same price and on top of that somemore equipment for the same price. not too sure for nikon. just hope her dad isn't cheated of any amount.

i'm going down to sim lim square again!!! this time to buy a camera bag. i find it rather strange.
my mum says that i shouldn't spend so much on my camera equipment... i was cool with it. so i asked her whether i can buy a second hand camera bag selling about $30. then she just told me to buy a new one and she'll pay half of it. oh well. fine with me man. hahaha
school was rather slack today. like seriously. the only 2 periods we did work was like... D&T. haha. cos i the 3rd period today after the REW i had to stay back to load pics into the speaker's comp. enjoyed shooting today...
after school went KAP with gerald cos he needed to pay his friend some money which 1/4 of the money happened to be mine. haha and amiel came... he's seriously full of shit.

enjoyed shooting today during the chapel session. though shooting at iso 1600 ain't fun but it was needed. i was thinking of shooting RAW. haha!
after school collected my camera from humans staffroom and found out my camera had been used by a teacher for his farewell. hmmm oh well. tomorrow would be my last day shooting and last day bringing my camera to school. eh heavy leh and something always tells you that someone is thinking of taking it away. haha.

i shot for the REW today. quite easy to shoot. thankfully i've a f/2.8 lens of now i'll just die. shooting at ISO 1600 is no fun.
now i officially hate tuesdays. first 2 periods is chem prac. then 3rd and 4th period is physics prac. damn sian la. then best, during phy lesson today mr lau made my whole class stay back for recess DC and whats the best part? he didn't turn up at all.
its kinda cool, now alot of teachers know i've an SLR and enjoy taking pics. WEE!

i was asked to be a photographer for the upcoming REW for the next 4 days. i was really happy upon hearing it from mr alan lim. well, its my 2nd time shooting for the school since the start of this year. my first was for the sec 1 camp.
after school today my class and 5D1 went to kallang tennis centre to support the B div tennis team in thier finals. they played a really tough match. sadly they lost... but its good that they obtained the 4th placing.

my sis showed me a section from a chinese magazine, showing the 6 pilots who were the black knights performing during the airshow in thier F-16s.
did you know... one of the pilots is zoey tay's husband. he's kinda fat. haha but quite handsome.
i'll be attending a tennis match tomorrow with my class and the other sec 5 class. will be supporting my school's B div tennis team to take the 3rd of 4th placing. really hope my school win's Victoria school. haha the tin tin school.
bringing my camera tomorrow, but will leave in the humanities staffroom.

its true that people living in the surrounding area would be at ease knowing that at least the singapore defence force is doing something to cope with the matter by lining armed men to keep a look out for him.
if you guys know who whitley road detention centre is, it is not exactly along whitley road. if the government were to build a detention centre at whitley road then i would sadly say they aren't very smart. in actual fact, this detention centre is located along Mt Pleasant Road, if you were driving from bukit timah road then turning in to stevens road crossing the flyover towards the direction to TPY you'll see the road. how can a limping men who was said to me half naked walked along part of an expressway? for goodness sakes its PIE and its an expressway, surely people will take notice of a man like him...
well, this is what i think. he wouldn't have gone towards bukit timah direction... if he walked, he would have gone towards singapore polo club. if he was picked up... he would be out of singapore by now.
