super teens was rather interesting today... imagine how someone can actually control your mind? amazing...
but i left early today because i had a medical appointment.... after that i followed my mum to bishan to by my new year clothes. i bought 2 T shirts from goldlion... they look kinda cool and i bought this lime green adidas T-shirt. Its really Lime Green! the adidas shirt cost me $49.90 but because i had a $50 adidas voucher... i just bought it. YAY!
no pic taken by me today.. can't choose... i'm thinking of getting a camera bag during the march hols from clubsnap. i hope its cheap and in good condition. initially i was thinking of buying crumpler's 5 or 6 million dollar home but SJ told me that when i open the bag to reach for the camera i'll make alot of noise... i kinda agree with him so i'll go for the lowepro off trail 1 or 2. for a 2nd hand should be about $30-$40

today was the start of the Super-Teens. i swear the morning was really boring but my class' spirit was really damn high. it was kinda cool. the afternoon was the bomb la. the only thing that kept me awake was the comments and studd my class make. haha.
other than that... BORING!
but tomorrow i'll be leaving the prog early... =)

recruits camp
stayed over in school last night for the recruits camp.
reached school about 4.30pm yesterday afternoon. ollie, mr wong, matt and KC were there. the scouts were playing games by jackee... the leaders(us) just sat down and talked about damn random stuff and mr wong is damn funny. during the game many people got injured, one guy was even sent to the hospital.
in the evening after dinner we started the campfire. i thought it was really good... not that the campfire was really good. but from this i could see who of the sec3s can be the office bearers. i, in particular, would want someone to be the senior patrol leader.
yeah so after the campfire matt, KC and i sat thru the PLC. i think dennis and ollie were kinda pissed with the sec3s. i think its funny.
then the 3 of us ate supper packed by Mr Chay. went to take a shower then played CS all the way till 3am. HAHA!
today woke up at 7.45am then went to church...
end of the world!!!

today's such a sad day. 2 of my close friends have left me. one of them, hushsha, because of his N level results plus he couldn't get a B4 for his o level EL so school doesn't accept him back. keith as well. walau damn sad la.
and also monica left singapore for aussie today. =(
and that reminds me.
after school today i went with gerald to the dentist at paragon, he then told me that sarah and jess were coming along, i was alright with that la. so went to the dentist, removed my stitches and now my mouth has a cave la... got one big hole. anyway then after the removal as i got out of the glass door, you wouldn't imagine who i saw. IT WAS MONICA LEE! WHAT???
well to cut the long story short her flight was postponed to 8.12pm tonight. yeah so the 5 of us made our way to the airport to send xin wei off first then went to T1 to send monica off.
oh man i ponned recruits camp tonight. i better show up tmr...

kit lens!
i think rama is a really bad geog teacher. i would anytime prefer john chao than rama. he can't teach for nuts. at least we have fun in john chao's class cos we can bully him.
today during D&T, i realised that one of the teachers, Mr Rosly, has a dSLR too. he shoots for weddings. he's currently using the EOS 30D and he's thinking of buying a wide angle therefore trying to pass his kit lens to someone else. HEHE so happen i'm someone in need of that. so if my parents allow i would like that lens. the lens is rarely used and it comes with a filter as well.
tomorrow is the O level release. me doing MT and EL depends n these 2 marks man...

hole.
the whole of today i felt really uncomfortable... especially the pain coming from my mouth. i felt something wierd about my stitches in my mouth. when i got home i checked it out...
my stitches broke! well at least i can see a small part of the huge hole in my gums. haha sick right? i know.
anyway before i got home today i bought 2 ramly burgers! woohoo damn nice la. i bought today cos i can finally open my mouth, but i think that because i opened my mouth too big the stitches broke. haha sad me. now i just worry that food might get trapped in that hole and my 6th molar kenna decay and i need to extract another time. haha
oh oh oh, thursday i'll be getting back my O level papers! i better do well for both so i can not do EL anymore and CLB.

the swelling at my mouth has gone down thankfully, but
after chapel was super boring. its like the stupid principal takes up 3 periods just to go thru something which everyone already knows. walau waste of time. HAHA and ashiq was sleeping thru peter tan's talk and everyone was laughing at him.
and i don't realy understand... why must the school change timetable. so screwed up la.

half a fish ball.
i've no idea how much blood i've lost. seriously. my mouth looks like i've got half a fishball in it. =(
i woke today but a sudden pain at stitched up gums. when i went to the toilet and looked at myself in the mirror i saw a layer of dried blood around my lips... looks as though i feasted on some live animal while sleeping. but no i didn't! my wounds were still bleeding. when i packed my bed i saw blood patches on my comforter, pillows and bedsheet.
so i got a torch and shined in to my mouth and i saw a pocket of pas. oh goodness i freaked out because the pain was much worse then yesterday and i was still bleeding. so i called uncle kah chai and thankfully he told me that this was normal. how am i gonna eat???
the exterior of my house is undergoing a repaint now... i love the smell of paint.
though some may say this pic is nice i make a mistake taking it... oh well, i took it in a gerald's dad car on the way to the chalet. and this pic has been editted.

from 2 to 3.
i had a dream last night, i dreamt my dentist telling me," don't worry its not gonna hurt." that was all.
as my dad drove me to the dentist at paragon i had in the back of my mind that the dental surgeon was only gonna extract 2 teeth. when i got there the dental surgeon told me i had to instead extract 3.
yeah so the surgery started. the surgeon had to use a blue cover to cover my eyes then the whole surgery started. but before that he had to inject me like 4 times at diferent spots to numb the gums. yeah so he started. he cut open my gums roughly between 3 to 4 cm in lenght. the extraction of the first tooth was rather quick he managed to take it out without cutting it into pieces. then for the 2nd tooth... ar this one was rather challenging because the took was pependicular to my normal teeth and about 1 - 2 cm into my gums so he had to drill the teeth into 3 pieces before taking everything out. during that process he had to inject me one more time because the pain was killing me. yeah so he stitched up the wound.
then to last last tooth, he took out my upper wisdom tooth so he had to cut my gums as well. i could still remember the surgeon telling his assistant," quick! alot of blood!" haha. yeah so in no time he took the tooth out.
well as of 12pm the pain has come and my mouth is starting to swell. i don;t even dare look into a mirror.

Mr Soh!
after school today i went to meet gerald monica and xin wei at HCI. damn that school is huge. i got had a hard time finding the 3 of them. anyway when i met them i ate lunch then uncle SB gave us a ride to ngee ann poly. the poly is kinda huge. gerald and i saw elton... i saw raj and some other barker guys from my year one. gerald and i had a good time talking to them. but most importantly i took alook at the poly's courses. and i got kicked RIGHT IN the ass by someone.
haiz, even though i'm technically ponning school tomorrow. it'll really be a painful ponning of school ='O and monica says she's call me and make fun of me. wow so kind.
anyway, the following has been dedicated to my dearest Soh Xin Wen who keeps pushing me to post pics of him.

2 days time
i think science practicals are fun.
this is my first year having phy and chem practs. never in my secondary school years did i do. but wednesday aren't really good day because i've both chem and phy practs so its a little sian to go for both.
i was talking to my chem teacher today. he's got a slr too... a D70 with like a telephoto, prime, wide angle a zoom lens. wow. steady...

youth
today was the first sunday my level goes up to youth. its kinda fun, though not so fun because i'm not that firmiliar with everyone yet.
before the whole class actually went up some of them, mostly the girls, were still hanging around in the intermediate dept. for the guys.. me, gerald, daniel and tin tin went to eat prata so i left my camera with mag...i think when i left the room i only had about 60shots in the camera, when i came back i had 100. haha WOW. but i deleted alot. haha but those who want the shots can ask me.
anyway, so we went up to youth, quite fun. elroi planned games and we saw our new teachers. i kinda have a feeling in a few weeks time people will start not to come. well i mean those going overseas not counted la.
mag frowning? haha. man who took this shot? hmmm, i would think its either monica or cher.
i wonder who took this shot and the one below. he/she actually took about 7 or 8 shots of gloria, cher and vicky.
some of the shots were quite funny, there was one shot, which i still have with me, where all 3 of them had a really rtd face. i shan't show it here. haha

dark dark
even though i didn't go school yesterday for classes i went later in the afternoon for the sec1 orientation camp just opp the scout campsite at Lim Chu Kang. the ride in was real long and most of all bumpy.
brought the camera along, help oliver and the teachers took some pics.
when we reached there... well i guess oliver got a little bit bored so we kinda "bullied" him. jackee(above) is doing, what oliver calls it, buddah clap. HAHA! jackee is damn funny.
these little huts were where the sec1s slept during thier camp. looks more like a place to farm animals.
the campsite was big enough to hold the whole sec 1 level for the camp and for thier meals. i shot this because in the whole canteen area many of the boys had rather dull looking eating utensils. but this guy's one was the most striking.
then Peter Tan came... like after how long... to start the campfire
the scouts had a fun time. i didn't do much last night. just walked around with mr lai, miss lim(HAHA) and another lady teacher. all 4 of us were using canon cameras. mr lai was using a powershot A80. miss lim was using mr lai's 350D and the other lady teacher was using her own 350D.

blood and... stuff.
i didn't go school today. i wasn't sick.
together my sis and i went to the dentist together. my infection came back. this time... much more blood and... stuff. so uncle Kah Chai( dentist ) had to inject my gums so numb the part and inserted this rather thick needle like vacuum to suck up all the blood and ... stuff. from what i heard from him he sucked up from the machine quite alot of blood and ... stuff. EWW!
which means i need to go back next friday morning( can pon school again) for extraction. my 7th molar and my wisdom tooth. well, at least i've wisdom. HAHA.
the numbing is kinda cool, like half of my mouth is numb so i had a bit of problem eating my lunch. =( and somemore i went to a HK restaurant at heartland mall to eat lor. so i practically couldn't taste anything even though the food was how good.
but oh well, thankfully the swelling has gone down even though theres still a little bit of blood and...stuff.

attending ming dao's wedding dinner yesterday, the food was good so was the prog. i got hold of SJ's borrowed 40D for a while and played with it. the 17-55mm IS is rather fun to play with but its expensive...
i'm not sure whether i've posted these pics before and i'm too lazy to check...
this pics were taken during our very first JDS session in church.
used SJ's 400D plus the 50mm f/1.4, didn't have mine then. i find that i enjoy taking potraits... hmmm, must be my love for battery grips. =)

its a new day
i finally found meaning in going school today. lessons started properly... even though my math teacher is still a useless lady. serious, when you hve my type of teacher, you'll say the same thing.
i sorta like my new timetable because especially on wednesdays because i end school at 1.30pm.
and i still think my school's principal sucks. i want the old one back!
i think my class is getting weirder( monica you gotta comment on this) and weirder...

today was quite a fun day.
during sunday school today the new sec1s came up. haha all so small size one. okay maybe i'm a little bigger than them thats all... brought the camera... again. but this should be the last week i'll be bringing. i was thinking last night whether to bring... i brought it all because if debbie la. wanna play with it... take up alot of space leh haha

belated new year
on new years eve some of us went to vicky's house for a countdown... we also ate and swam. the pics will tell the story...
we played Poker, i was quite unlucky that day so decided to stop after a while but got back to the game while later. hehe. mag, xin wei and jamie were damn lucky that night la.

monica brought 7up with some syrup which i forgot. like always del will get high. she was holding the 'basin' of 7up.
when kheng ho and julien came, we made sure kheng ho put down his barang barang then nic, gerald,ryan, leonard and seth dunked him. haha. damn funny, soon after the rest of us went in too.
BUT for the swimming pool shot...it was shot using a wrong white balance, forgot to change. and if you're wondering why i'm posting pics now... its because SJ needs my memory card. haha

normally in primary school when during assembly when the P or VP greets the school the students will go," good morning so and so." right? now this Man expects it from us. and he also expects us to sing the national athem aloud. we haven't been sing that loudly for the past few years and now he wants to make us sing aloud. gosh i pity myself... good thing i only got 11 more months. RAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

gonna rob him?
for the past 2 weeks my msn personal msg has had this sentence," i wanna rob Gary Fong." well, if you know me well enough i don't usually type names with capital letters, where as for him, i did use. people have been asking me who Gary Fong is...
well basically, Gary is not a singaporean... in fact he's an american. he started being a wedding photographer 20 years back just charging only $150 per day, but just recent as his last wedding shots, he charged $120 000 to his customers and couples are willing to pay for his services.
after he retired he invented a Lightsphere for photographers to shoot under harsh lightings. its basically a 'dome' shaped thingy places on top of the flash unit of a dSLR ( and by the way each lightsphere cost at least S$90. for third party lightspheres only cost a S$40.)

ever since he invented the lightsphere he has sold 200 000 units worldwide. if you were to do the math, he's earning millions.
now why do i wanna "rob" him?
he has a canon EOS 5D+battery grip, a 70-200mm f/2.8 L lens(i want this lens), 85mm f/1.2 L(YL is pushing me to get this lens), 24-70mm f/2.8 L, 16-35mm L, 24-105mm f/4 L and a 14mm f/2.8 L PLUS his very own Gary Fong Lightsphere.... and all this is just from his one bag. he still has the 50mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.8 these 2 lenses SJ has. oh oh oh he even has a canon G9 and fujifilm z5. the one cheryl sng has. that is why i wanna rob him. haha
anyway, those going for ming doa's wedding on saturday will get to see the Lightshere. SJ would be using it.

school is yet again damn slack and sian. didn't really do much today. tried sleeping during class but the classroom was so warm. good thing thats not my home room. its like the only thing we look forward for is recess and after school. the rest is like so sian... theres like nothing to do at all.

i had a great day yesterday(monday). in the early morning met monica and gerald for a movie national treasure. kinda nice.
in the evening we went vick's house. the rest stayed over but i didn't. we swam at her small little swimming pool and like always i did the Tsunami!!! haha. the people just keep rolling and rolling in the pool. and i unknowingly landed on leonard while doing my tsunami. haha.
