finally, 4th of dec is all i've been waiting for for the whole year. its finally coming!
i seriously can't wait to go china. i miss the people and most of all the food!! no la. just kidding. hehe... BUT the food is really good.

Always Give Thanks
i was blog hopping and so happen to dropped by monica's blog with her lastest post on growing up with jess and i.
i was thinking... if i hadn't had them as good friends and rest of TOC... and even the sunday school teachers, i wouldn't be what i am today.
Firstly, i wanna thank the teachers for encouraging all of us and even me during the period when i had to fight guiltiness.(is there such a word???)
the teachers!!!
and all my friends out there and my cousin of course. =)

what the heck la
can't believe a person of an age of 40 and above can argue on such stupid stuff like a light tube. WTHECK!
anyway... today was rather eventful day. during the whole time in church today.. those who are going to either china or cebu had to ruin around church making sure we get to the place to get prayed for on time. BUT.........we missed the chinese service... but i guess its okay.
after church... jess, daniel, sam, PY and i went to cambridge market to eat lunch and we kinda ate alot... but compared to gerald's definition of alot... its peanuts. then we went back to church and chilled out and when i was playing soccer with sam... i kenna carpet burn. super pain la. well, i asked for it.
then today during dinner. my aunty lent me her Olympus digi cam to use in china cos i fell that the fuji that i'm currently using now takes very bad images and my aunty's one can take real good pics. and good thing Olympus is rather user friendly and it has the same memory card as the fujifilm which means to say i have 2 512MB and 1 256MB card... cool. thats bout 1.25 GB. haha!
wells... in 7 days time... i would be all set to go china. i sure miss the place... the place is nice, the people there are nicer and the food is the nicest... seriously la. haha I atually wanted to go cebu, all along. BUT... because of a certain individual that made a remark. sad to say... i decided to go china BUT i can stand in front of your face and say i have NO REGRETS. WHY? cos i'm not going there for the people that are going, i'm going there for the people there.... well, i'm not pissed with the person but i think YOU should learn what to say...
anyway. as i was in my dads car going home from church, so happen along the road i saw a Toyota Previa and a Honda Odyssey side by side... OMGOSH la... the odyssey is ultra low la... its almost 40cm shorter than the previa la. but surprisingly when i sat in uncle K E's odyssey. there was alot of space.
anyway, last week i went to uncle John's and aunty clara house to see baby Victoria with my parents. and aunty Clara made us take a photo with her.
uncle John looks so funny, i think he just woke up from his nap. =)

just keep swiming swiming swiming...
yepp. yesterday, daniel, gerald, me, del, jess, sarah, went to monica's house. super fun.. though i didn't take much pics... i had alot of fun there.
i played winning eleven with daniel and got trashed 8-0. HAHA... i know i suck.
then we went down to swim and we had alot of fun with the little rubber ball which Ian brought down. we then had dinner and the food was great la. haha. i ate alot cos the swiming before that must have used up all my energy.
yeah. after that we chilled a i little while and i did something real stupid to Ian's soccer ball( shall not say). yeah then uncle Mo gave me a lift home and at the same time my mum passed uncle Mo the stuff*. _______________________________________________________________
today was a rather fun day. in morning i went cycling with my sister. my ass kinda hurts now with all the cerbs.
then in the afternoon i went for "flag day"!!! gerald, elroi and sam should know why i did that for. haha.
but it was real fun.

i was wrong... i tought monica and priscilla only comes back on the 23rd.
and i just heard gerald, daniel and jess went up to the airport to wait for monica... hmm. i find it strange that they would go up. i see the kindness in them to do that for a good fren but i feel that kindness could be expressed in another way.
well, on the other hand, maybe they were free or something. dunno la. just hope they bought lots of stuff back and monica better remember to bring the ruffles on sunday! haha!

in the morning i had my 2nd breakfast with gerald then adeline. then during sunday school we had some kids from the primary department to do some activities... kinda fun.

wells... christmas is appraoching and i'm kinda looking forward to hear the chirtmas cantata(sp) sing... and i think uncle chwee soon's and uncle lay wah's voices are very good. =)

GST 7%!!!???
As most of you may know, the Goverenment Service Tax(GST) as gone up again to 7%... Hmm, after the General Elections... it seem that everything goes up. The Taxi fares, Bus Fare and Ohh... GST. but think bout it. isn't the government paying what we're paying? hmm.. funny...
So if you all wanna avoid this GST raise... buy all you want now before Feb 2007 cos theres when they'll raise it. HURRY before it too late!
hmm, the 2007 sec 4 class list is out. i don't really like my class cos of some people.. shall not say who, but at least samuel is in my class... someone i can talk to... i really hope. haha. =) next year is N levels... i really hope i can get 10 points if not i'll be one dead duck.
I really want to go to the Motorshow again. here's a review of the Motorshow:
Nissan the cars are good... i'm very satisfied to what TanChong Motors has done in decorating the booth. the Slyphy even though its ugly in the front and the back. the interior is almost the same as a cefiro... the legroom gives tall people like me to stretch our legs during long journeys and the rice is smooth. the Cefiro is a real BMW... when you sit in one. you can hardly hear the egine running. the latio and latio sport is a good model. even though the latio is kinda ugly(atually every), the car has a spacious interior for a 1500CC car. the X-trail and Murano are ok-ok... not really trust worthy cos of the call backs for faulty parts. the Presage is a good design... i like the dashboard.
Toyota Borneo Motors has done most of the cars well. the Yaris though its rather small, has a nice looking design on the outside. the Vios is has a new face lift since march this year and its still looking good. the corolla altis is okay... has a spacious interior but may not be trust worthy cos of its battery. some owners that i know of had to change thier battery a few time cos the stuff inside has blown. but.. the new face lift doesn't look nice. the camry is a beauty with a total new face lift front, back and even interior. it has a hugh interior similar to the cefiro. the picnic is considered big for a 7 seater MPV as its only 2000cc. but the bad thing is that the 3rd row is a little tiny. but the boot has an under carraige to fit a golf bag. the Previa also has got a new face lift... with auto sliding door and tailgate. she even has leg rest for the seats in the 2nd row... thats quite good. the RAV 4 is great but the Fortuner is a rea dissapointment... why manufacture such a high profile car when the seats are so short?? crazy!
Honda Kah motors got some fine cars, but the bad thing is that the cars are expensive. the Jazz is rather small but of all the small range cars... its considered quite okay. the City, to me, is a dissapointment. even the latio is more advanced than the city. the dashboard is so simple and theres not much space in the back pessanger seat. the Civic is no dissapointment, in fact. its even commended by the media for its good design. it has a very creative and unique design with a digital speedometer. even though the back pessanger seat is a little small. its has a flat floor so the pessanger who sits in the centre has more leg room. which means the car is higher than any other normal sedan. but on the outside... one can't the difference. the Accord is hugh as well. its for a new face lift on the back.. similar to the design 10 years ago but now it has installed LED lights. the Legend, not many people have heard of it, is a competitor to the cefiro. i couldn't get a chance to get in it cos they locked the door but it has a very spacious interior and the design is great. the CR-V is a real dissapointment. it may look hugh but the design is so so so ugly. you put a Slyphy next to it the Slyphy is a beauty. the odyssey i must say is a very very nice car... but the sad thing is that its a little too low. the interior is spacious and the headlamps is a beauty.
yeah thats about it... i really hope 2008's motorshow would be much better. =)

why wait?
today my dad check the value of his car... the car value drops 2k a year till 2009 then the value will drop till 3k a year.
i think my dad should just change now cos if he waits till 2009, then he'll have to pay 6k more to his new car. what for? shouldn't he just change it now then he can use this 6k to pay for his new one? and his car now is so scratched and the engine is so loud. haiz... dunno la. i just really hope he'll change one soon. and real quick.
today had church, then we had a team from doulos(sp) to come and speak to us and we learnt some fun stuff.
after that we ate lunch then went back to church to play cards.. was kinda fun today.
well, the next weeks gonna be exciting.. geralds coming over on thursday. but i'm gonna have tuition. =(

Singapore Motorshow 2006
today was a rather fun day, i went down to suntec for the singapore motorshow.
when i got up the 133 bus i saw aunty Lay Kuan, never to expect her. then we talked a little then she got off to change a bus. after that, i reached suntec then i went in... wow. the place is so cool la. i took some pics and the models are quite nice looking.

WHY???
yesterday i had a good dinner cos it was my uncle's birthday and we celebrated in a restaurant next to ViVo... the food was good and the cost was affordable.
hai ya, i think tuition 3 times a week is too much la. its insane la, its the hols lor. shouldn;t i be resting? and even if theres tuition.. shouldn't it be lesser? but what i didn't expect is that Hols... there are even more. what is this la. i mean i know thay mean well but i think 3 times a week= 6 hours is too much... the teacher not tired i tired leh. ARH!! its seriously irritating la. i also got a life la. everyday do science and maths... one day i'll jusy die la!

started yesterday, i started finding the scrap value of a car but i can't find it... the only place i can find is at the LTA webbie but it needs my dad's IC no.
well, my dad is thinking of selling the car now a get a more " expensive car" cos the COE is rather cheap now. i hope he buys an MPV... atually, he can buy one cos he bought his Altis at 85k and now the mitsubishi Grandis is at 80K. but due to its engine capacity... he may not consider it cos the greater the engine capacity... the more expensive the road tax.
and i was looking at the Honda Civic2.0, it is selling now at 79k but has a promotion price at 73k with a 6 month road tax of $774... thats an even better buy than the Honda Stream.
hmm, lets hope my dad chooses the Civic, but i don't the bottom of its front bumper cos theres this metal strip with is rather low. and in the event it goes up a high kerb, its gonna hit it.

today in the early afternoon i had tuition then i went to church supposed to help jane do the carnival stuff but in the end i recieved a call from uncle Mo that he needs me to type some stuff into his comp so i did it in the inter. room...
there, i think i at least spent 1/2 an hour alone doing the recording cos uncle Mo and uncle Soon Boon had to go to the phillipines embassy for some admin stuff. then they came back and we had talk alot of stupid stuff but god thing i managed to finish all the recordings on time.
i really hope thursday i can go church again to help uncle Mo put up pics but that really depends whether he has the time.
oh , saddams gonna get hanged! hai ya, that guy should have been hanged or shot in the head along time ago la. what a clown!

confessions on the game...
today went to church in the morning, then in the afternoon i went lunch and gerald mum treated us Naan.. Thank You so much!
anyway, then after that we went back church cos most of us except ewen had to wait for our parents to finish the talk on cebu and louyaun. and while we were there, we played daidi and bluff. well... i had a very bad encounter when i didn't have a card to put down for bluff and i did something really stupid... gerald knows and everyone in the room. walau... can't believe i atually said that la. haha
hmm, then i went home and used comp and played solitiar with Pris and i lost pretty badly like 15-5 and she just had to post up the score... THANKS ALOT PRISCILLA! =) super swai la... all my cards all so lousy.
which goes to say i'm not good in poker cards.
oh... and yesterday when i was in the intermediate room with gerald we played black jack- truth or dare. it was really fun cos gerald and i made each other do alot of stupid stuff like singing a song in the _______ and kissing the white board( gerald, i hate you).
well. we had alot of fun. haha.
hmm, well... need to brush up on my BLUFF and SOLITIAR!!!

Stream...
I went down to church today to help out my sis with gerald and tendy on next weeks kindey carnival. had a great time drawing fish and tried overcoming my fears on carrots but so far i still can't. haha
anyway, i was on the net today and found the Honda stream.
i think in terms of the engine... its a 1800CC and also a MPV so its acceleration should be slower. and in terms of space, the front has a little too much space leaving the back with very little leg room. the head lights looks like the mitsubishi evo's quite cool. here are some pics...

wouldn't it mean...
just came back from church kindey graduation concert, it was quite good. the kids were very funny. haha. i think the parents of the kids really don't have ears. they are already told not to stand up and during the concert... but still they do. my goodness!
after the event, uncle peter fetched me home. and as he drove along race course road, i saw a mitsubishi outlander. the new model with the LED head lights... i think mittsubishi shouldn't have bring it to singapore la. if you were to compare a mitsubishi airtrek, a senior brother to outlander, the interior is excactly the same. the engine capacity is only difference with 200CC. the airtrek is 2000CC and 2400CC and the outlander is 2700. and furthermore, people will only buy an outlander only for it design. but other than that. its not worth it. and somemore the fella how buys it would have to pay more road tax... issit worth it?? have you all noticed, there are much more airtreks then outlander on the road now.
well, on the other hand, mitsubishi has to compete with toyota and hyundia cos the fortuner and santa fe respectively have all been upgraded to a 2700CC engine. haiz.
anyway, i was looking thur my pics today and i found this i took a few weeks back.
if we were to preach Christ to ends of the earth... then wouldn't Christ come down again? and wouldn't we all die?

bible is true...
remember in the bible it said in the gospel of matthew that while Jesus was praying, he had tears which were blood coming out of His eyes... i found it hard to believe all my years of reading it but yesterday i finally believed that the Bible was true in saying it.
it happened during the badminton game, i was taking a break and in the court was my dad, aunty, uncle and my cousin. my aunt was partnering my dad and my dad wanted to do a forehand hit to the other court and he accidentally hit my aunt and it hit her eyes. the eye then swell and blood was running down from her eyes. so poor thing la.
well, at least she's better now.
anyway, Took was hanged this morning, after two years killing Huang Na, he's killed. hmm, do you think he should have been hanged?

Mr Brown: taking more public transport
yesterday i went lunch with monica and gerald cos monica had to pass gerald someting so we lunched at KAP. we did really stupid stuff there... shall not eleborate bout' it.
anyway... to those who are in foriegn countries be it working or studying. i pray that you all be save, play hard, study hard and bring back alot of chocolate espeacially the one that went newzealand. hahahaha.
